The MCC Choir Rehearsals are held every Thursday from 7-8 PM and we sing on 1st & 3rd Sunday. The Choir is a great place to share your gift of singing. We prepare a blended collection of music from traditional hymns and classical anthems to contemporary worship choruses and Gospel songs. We have a wonderful time of fellowship and prayer every Tuesday. We also prepare special songs for Christmas, Easter and two concerts per year. Come to a rehearsal and try it out! Handbell Choir Rehearsals Tuesdays, 7-8 PM, seasonal The Handbell Choir is a wonderful way to engage yourself in the music ministry. This group adds a new dimension to our worship by accompanying hymns and special music. The group is open up to 7 players and requires minimal musical skills (you will be trained during rehearsals). If interested in joining, email Jeanne Kelley or Pastor Peter. Onward (Worship Team) Rehearsals are every other Wednesday, from 7-9 PM and we play on 2nd, 3rd & 4th Sunday. Onward is our contemporary ensemble that leads the worship choruses at the 9:30 AM service on Sunday mornings. We are seeking an electric guitarist to join the group as well as orchestral instrumentalists (such as flute, oboe, trumpet, violin, etc.) to join us on special music. If interested, email Pastor Peter. Kids of the Kingdom (Children's Choir) Rehearsals and performances TBA. This children's choir is open to all kids from Kindergarten on up. We learn simple, fun songs and participate in occasional services, including Easter Sunday, Children's Sunday and the Christmas Pageant. We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with leading this group.
