Justin Elerath

The Rev. Justin Elerath

Senior Pastor
I grew up in the church, but over time it became clear that my calling was to serve and pastor others. With a background in engineering, I’m wired to think clearly and solve problems, but my real passion is walking alongside people as they grow in their faith. My wife and I have been married since 2001—we met at church and have shared in ministry from the beginning. We’ve been blessed to adopt two daughters who have partnered with us in ministry from a young age, and it’s been a joy to live out our faith together as a family. That calling led us from California to Massachusetts—a move I once said I would never make. Along the way, God has shown His faithfulness in leading us where we’re needed most. I care deeply about helping people take their next step in following Jesus, and I want to see people experience a faith that is real, transformative, and lived out in everyday life. I’m also involved in a motorcycle ministry, building relationships and sharing the hope of Chris

Rev. Tammilynn Elerath

Associate Pastor
Pastor Tammilynn serves as Associate Pastor at MCC, with a passion for helping the next generation know they are seen, loved, and welcomed into a real community. Her heart for ministry grew from recognizing how deeply students need connection—but even more, how deeply they need Jesus. She believes that the freedom found in following Him lifts burdens we were never meant to carry on our own. At MCC, she helps create spaces where young people can ask honest questions, build meaningful relationships, and discover the hope and life Jesus offers.

Carlos Ortega

Music Minister
Carlos serves as Music Minister at MCC, where he leads the congregation in meaningful, Christ-centered worship each week. With a deep passion for helping people draw near to God, Carlos thoughtfully plans each Sunday’s music to foster a genuine posture of worship. Whether leading on piano or guitar, he guides the church in worship in both English and Spanish—reflecting the beauty of a diverse and unified body. Even if you find yourself singing along in English, when Carlos leads in his heart language, his love for Jesus is contagious and invites everyone into a deeper expression of worship. Carlos is also committed to investing in the next generation, continually creating opportunities for others to grow and participate in worship. He believes that worship is not a performance, but a shared response to who God is and what He has done.

Katelyn Arnold

Youth Director
Katelyn serves as Youth Director at MCC, where she brings energy, authenticity, and a genuine love for students. Being young herself, she connects naturally with the next generation and keeps pace with the energy and challenges they face. But more than that, Katelyn is passionate about helping students grow in their faith—moving from something they’ve been told to something they truly believe and live out. At MCC, she creates a space where students can belong, ask real questions, and take meaningful steps in following Jesus.
